AMERICANO

The AMERICANO evolved from the MILANO-TORINO cocktail sometime around the 1930s when soda water started to be added to cater to the tastes of American tourists.

You will find this light and refreshing cocktail in bars across Italy during the aperitivo hour and your could argue that it is the Negroni’s younger brother.

With just three ingredients it is very easy to mix at home, making it a great drink to enjoy poolside and during your next BBQ on a warm sunny day.
